You can use any freeware or shareware icon manager to change the EXE icon.
We would suggest checking http://www.download.com. Microangelo and Icon
forge have been recomended to us by several customers, though we have not used it very much ourselves.
There also many others available there which could suit your needs. Also check on Google.com for "change icon on exe files"
Unfortunately it is not possible to change the icon of DNL files directly due to a limitation with Windows.
It is also possible to create a custom installer to link a custom icon (.ICO file) to a DNL file. But this is beyond the scope of our program and would require you to have some experience with this. If you are technically minded, the installer would need to:
1. install the DNL reader if not already installed from
http://www.digitalwebbooks.com/reader/
2. install the your DNL book to a folder somewhere, e.g. c:\my documents\my ebooks
3. create a shortcut(on your desktop) to a custom icon file and link it to your DNL book in the folder above.
