This product is primary an English product though some other language sets can be used if you have the correct windows setup.
Please note that we recommend that the books be created in the same language
version windows so the fonts come out correctly. e.g. Books created in
native Japanese windowsxp should only be read on native japanese windowsxp.
This is because there are subtle differences in the fonts from different versions of windows. Most of the time, the differences will not be noticable, but the only way to be sure to get the correct font in different windows is to create the text inside something like photoshop or windows paint then import them into the book editor as images, e.g. gifs.
This applies to all non-european languages such as asian and arabic character sets.
Forms and editable text may possibly support other languages sets like asian/arabic if you are using a native language version of that windows, i.e
Chinese Windows or Arabic Windows. Some languages like Turkish and Korean may have problems with form objects.
Note that we cannot be 100% certain as we need to test on those native versions.
If you are using English Windows with a third party add-on like NJStar to give you access to these language then support may be limited because these programs use special methods to access the language fonts.
If you wish to have maximum compatibilty, our best suggestion here is type the text into a grahics program like photoshop, paintpro or even windows paint. Then save the image image as GIF then import into your book as an image. This way, you can be sure that the font will be displayed properly no matter what language.
